As a place that receives many tourists, I was surprised by the limited variety of breakfast options. The food tasted good, but the selection was quite small. I was also surprised that pork dishes were included, as they were placed adjacent to non-pork items and even shared the same containers. Because of concerns about cross-contamination, we were unable to eat much of the food offered. In the end, we ate very little due to both the limited variety and the lack of clearly separated options. Additionally, the carpet in the room had an unpleasant odor and smelled like feet, which affected our overall comfort during the stay. However, it was still a pleasant experience overall. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot cocoa, and the place itself seemed decent. As for the staff, our experience was mixed — some were kind and helpful, while others appeared less attentive.

Room bathroom and beds were clean, the common area of the suite however could have been cleaner, there was a candy wrapper and uneaten goldfish cracker left behind in the mini fridge from the last family. Our toilet backed up so we needed assistance with that, the concierge, Keaton was great, friendly and helpful even though she seemed to be working the hotel by herself the night of our stay.

My husband cut his leg on a sharp piece of metal on the bed. I reported this to Zara at the front desk. She said there was nothing she could do and to report it to wherever I booked the room. I took pictures of the metal, his wound and the blood stained bed sheets as a result.

Breakfast was fine, I just wish there was scrambled eggs everyday as an option. Every staff member was very very nice. No complaints at all with anything. Room was clean and very modern and updated. Love the 24/7 coffee. And the cocoa table was an added plus! Did not use the pool area. Halls were clean and warm. Elevator worked well and was cleaned daily. We will add this property to our annual Hershey trip.

Staff was super friendly when checking in. Room was a good size. The floors everywhere could have used a good vacuuming. The room, the hallway, the elevator all looked like they just haven’t been vacuumed in a while, otherwise the place appeared to be clean.

Floor in front of the door was sticky and there was liquid (water hopefully) on the bathroom floor when we got there. It was late so we just used a towel to dry it up. Bigger problem was the shower. The water pressure was low and not hot. It would get warm for a few seconds and then get cold again. I discovered the second morning the water was hot coming out of the faucet but once I turned on the shower it would get cold again.

Overall, our stay was great. The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast exceeded our expectations and our room was perfect size for our week long vacation. The overall cleanliness of the room was not the absolute best. There were a few hairs in the tub at our arrival and the sheets in the closet had some stains. However, it wasn't the end of the world and housekeeping did well with our requests
