The room in general was a nice size. Basic features. Good quick breakfast. Easy online check in/out. Bathroom floor was very sticky, dust under the sink on the floor. The bathroom in general should have been cleaned more throughly.

The shower head did not work, the portable crib was broken, and during our stay there was a youth hockey team at the hotel that completely disrupted the entire evening. From about 8:00 p.m. until nearly 11:00 p.m., the children took over the lobby, all three floors, and the elevators. They were running wild throughout the hotel. They were extremely loud, obnoxious, and disruptive, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy our stay.

The room’s air conditioning/heater continuously made a very loud noise as if it were broken, the shower knob was loose and wobbly. Unfortunately the wind was also so loud that it sounded like a siren in the room all night, unsure if that was due to the windows not being insulated well enough or how the building is shaped but it was not as windy as it sounded. The yogurts at breakfast expired on Jan 21 and today is Feb 1.
