Staff appeared disinterested. For example at breakfast no glasses, no mugs and no coffee. Chipped crockery. Observed a number of staff having a chat as far away as possible from the breakfast area. Only one member of staff appeared to be working. Staff were most animated when it was time to clear the breakfast area.

Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!

Good location, a bus stop just a few minutes away and most importantly quiet. The only downfall would be the lack of maintenance in the room itself, the mirror light in the bathroom was cracked a didn’t work, the bathroom fan wasn’t working and generally the room lacked a good refresh. Looked very well used.
