Room was very nice indeed. Plenty of space in the room and very comfy. Breakfast was tasty and service very good. Really convenient for Hull New Theatre (just across from some gardens), which was the reason for our stay.

Clean and comfortable with great breakfast. The single rooms are small with tiny bathroom but adequate for me at 5’1”. I think a taller/bigger person might struggle so £81 is absolutely the limit for the size of the room. Nice and warm during the cold snap.

I've stayed here twice now - rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is excellent. Easy walk from the train station.
