The staff was very helpful and kind. Included breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is historic and shows its age in some ways, but is clean and pleasant and charming. The massage I had at the spa was a delight and very reasonably priced the pool area is very pleasant and has room for choice between sunny and shaded areas. The garden view was pleasant but I'm sure it was better before Hue Times Square was built. Very convenient location, easy enough to walk if you arrive by train. The Perfume River is mere meters away. Truly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at.

The hotel is beautiful. The service was outstanding. They accommodated a 1 pm checkout for us. Breakfast was very nice. There is no general river view - perhaps from the third floor? Fantastic hotel! Beautiful building, exquisite deco design, wonderful restaurant, exquisite rooms, terrific large pool. Everything about this place is magnificent. It justifies a visit to Hue on its own — but the tombs and imperial city are wonderful attractions too.
