Staff, service, cleanliness of room, location were all exceptional. Only a 4 star for property condition because the toilet didn’t flush very well and the ceiling fan speed didn’t work well. Otherwise the property is kept in excellent condition. We would highly recommend a stay at the Melia Vinpearl in Hue!

The shower toiletries we very difficult to use as they are squirt bottles that didn’t work and could not remove from wall mount. The plugs next to the bed did not work and the only real accessible plug was all the way across the room. When I tried to exchange money at the counter they would not accept the usd claim it not good but the one they did take and gave me money written on and marked. Why not accept my money with one little dot but give me tiền and written on money? Sometimes it’s the smallest things that will make me not return. Thể zenith restaurant was so hot I was sweating while eating. Over all the hotel was okay but I think trying to be to fancy makes it not tolerable. I won’t stay again in the future

Very dedicated & efficient staff. Our room had some issue with the paint smell from a nearby room which was in renovation and Linh at the concierge desk promptly moved us to another room on a different floor and solved the problem. We were very happy with our stay there and are definitely recommending this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel!

I had a wonderful experience at Vinpearl-Hue Hotel. The building is impressive, the room impeccable and its staff very polite and helpful. Its location is also perfect - near good restaurants. My only regret is I didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

Room was fairly big. Nice swimming pool. Walkable to night market. Great location. Super clean. The doormen was very friendly but the receptionist was very unfriendly.

2 nights in Hue

Our stay was great. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom large. There was a choice of pillows, which was perfect. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet had all what we wanted and much more. Overall, two perfect nights.

The best in Hue

I’d found this hotel on a previous visit to Hue (you can’t really miss it), but I had been staying at another five star just down the road. I always said, if I ever came back, I would stay here instead, and I did just that. It’s an impressive building both inside as out. I had booked a premium room with views, and boy were the views amazing. I ended up on 32nd floor, which is their highest floor for accommodation. It’s also the same floor as their club/executive lounge called ‘The Level’ which we had included with our room. That too was amazing. In the afternoon (15:30 to 18:30) they do a lovely selection of nibbles/canapés and free drinks. The drinks included red and white wine, spirits, beer and even a few cocktails. It was absolutely worth every penny. The Sky bar is phenomenal. Brilliant cocktails (including a 2-4-1 happy hour til 7pm). Lovely staff and amazing views. The pool is great. Heated to a nice temperature. Technically an inside pool, but they have big windows that they can open, although they were closed all the time I was here. Be nice to have those open. The rooms were well laid out with every amenity you could possibly need. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything spotless, thank you. Breakfast was the only slight disappointment. There was lots of food on offer, but I was surprised not to see things like eggs Benedict for such a high-end hotel. They also seemed very understaffed with tables left uncleared. By far best hotel in Hue though
