Great stay, excellent location and lovely place

It was a really nice stay. A decent sized pool and spa that you have to book, although it felt like it was in need of a little bit of TLC. Hotel itself was really nice, and although our bed was quite bouncy, we slept quite well. The bar was really nice and we’d definitely want to come back in the future.

Great location-could make some improvements

The hotel is in a great location, right opposite the i360 tower and the beachfront. Clean and modern. Did not receive any instructions on how to access on-site parking prior to arrival, had to park-up and ask on arrival, which is located at a side street behind the hotel. Parking charge process not explained correctly by reception, needed to enter car Reg details on day prior to departure and not on the actual day, the portal to log car to obtain preferential rate would not recognise vehicle despite entering Reg no. and no option on display portal to select 'today' as departure date. The bed mattress in our room was very uncomfortable and we did not have a good sleep, not what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. No water or wi-fi in room, you need to register as a Hilton-honours member to get for free, and then ask reception for water 😟, thought such items would be complementary now a days! Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice, staff are also friendly. We only stayed 1 night so did not access pool, spa, steam facilities, slots to use need to be booked in advance.
