Manager and staff member were EXTREMELY rude. Staff called us liars and would not look at our issues right in front of him. We’d say “look” and he’d stare straight ahead and say “everything is cleaned and inspected before you arrive. It’s fine” Would not help with our problems. Refused to help even when Expedia called. Found pills on floor in one room and nails on the floor in the other. Told us we had to use a pee stained pull out bed. Broken tiles in the floor. Unwashed bedding with hair in it. Great place to stay
When we arrived after 4 pm our room was not ready. They accommodated us with a cup of freshly made coffee and after 5 we were able to check in and they upgraded our room for our inconvenience Very friendly staff Hotel was clean and our room was clean with a very comfortable bed will stay here again
