Room was clean, distance to NRG, excellent. Being the reason for the trip. However, no room keys available. Had to wait to be let in by staff, a/c stop working 2nd night in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re staying for NRG , and don’t mind the inconveniences

Fresh, clean room. One of the two elevators was out of order. The free shuttle to MD Anderson was on a limited schedule that did not benefit us. The breakfast was great. Waffles in the shape of Texas. I noticed a security guard walking around the parking lot. Overall, very nice hotel.

The suite was too small for four people. Housekeeping never showed up after we called for cleaning. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and even the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Pet friendly but didn't stink, clean, safe, and very friendly with affordable prices. I was not there for a fun reason but at least staying there felt more like being home.

The room was very nice. We will stay there again. The thing that was most upsetting was that shuttles air conditioners was not working so the shuttle was unavailable. We were depending on that to get us back and forth to the hospital. Hopefully it will be fixed when we return in month. We were there for 10 days.
