Room was nice, tub was dirty with soap on shower wall and hair on shower curtain, the rest of the room was clean and not bad for the price and in my opinion the best place in that area of town.

Poor service & very disappointed!

Our room didn't have an iron & a gentleman told me that there wasn't one in the room because, they get stolen! We made it to breakfast at 8:30 and nothing was set up! The chairs were on top of the table and we were told, that it was over! The staff has very poor English! We had to try to figure out what they were telling us. When I about to her attention that breakfast wasn't over until 9:00 as a sign stated she then said well she'll go ahead and make our omelets for us and we just told her we were so frustrated with it we just told her never mind,ahead and do something that we would go somewhere else for breakfast and thank you for being willing to accommodate us. Also,we were told that there were no elevators at this Hotel, so 2 disabled women, had to walk upstairs to get to our room! WE WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!

They gave me room 203 they on the very side of the freeway and you wont be able to sleep the sound of cars , trucks and requested to move to different room somehow he couldn't do that .

I reserved the room few days before thru hotel.com ,when I get there 3 am , they don’t have the room ready for us and they gives us a single bed room and a sofa ,i was so disappointed but at that time after driving 8 hours to get there I took it because the only thing I wanted to do is just rest
