Our stay here was extremely disappointing. The first room we were given was dirty: the door didn’t close properly, several lights were out, there was no phone or TV remote, and the bedding had clearly not been changed—crumbs and hair were all over the sheets. When we reported these issues to the front desk, we were moved to a smaller double queen room, even though we had paid for a king suite.
Before we left the first room, the owner came to “inspect” and confirmed our complaints but responded with passive-aggressive remarks. She dismissed major hygiene issues, including visible vomit and what appeared to be urine stains on the bed frame, claiming they “couldn’t be fixed.” This is simply unacceptable for any hospitality business.
The second room wasn’t much better—intermittent air conditioning, no phone, and instead of a closet, a large metal clothing rack that was not anchored and could easily tip over when loaded with clothes. Overall, this property lacks basic cleanliness, proper maintenance, and professional customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
