I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The lady at the front desk was clearly having a bad day and was very rude. We could tell she did not want to deal with us. During check-in, she failed to inform us about the complimentary cocktail drinks and breakfast. Luckily, we already knew about these amenities because we stay at Embassy Suites often. The room we were assigned was extremely small—the smallest we’ve ever had at an Embassy Suites. The hotel looked new online, but in person it definitely was not. Overall, I would rate this stay a 6 out of 10, and I will not be staying at this location again.
