This was my first experience in a rental home situation. The owner made the process easy and was very friendly and communicative. The house was very clean and comfortable and could easily sleep 8 as the description suggests (two to a room).

The property is very clean and spacious, the only reason for 4 stars is the neighborhood. The beds are all tempur-pedic but an extra blanket in each bedroom would be nicefor unusually colder temps. Shelf space in the master shower needs to be added so you don’t have to set bottles on the shower floor. Seating on the main floor needs to be more comfortable and the kitchen could use a few non-stick pots/pans. We did not spend very much time in the unit as we we’re visiting our son’s family in Spring, but if we had spent meal times at the property a gas grill would be a nice addition. The upstairs living room was the most comfortable sitting space.

The picture shown on the app doesn’t give it justice. We all enjoyed our stay and were extremely happy how the host had the home live in ready. I will definitely rent this place in the future.

I selected this stay for my birthday celebration. Once we got to the place there was a malfunction with the code, I called and the assistant was very helpful with getting us into the home! The communication is a 10/10! The neighborhood is very quiet and comforting. We were able to have fun as if that was our actual home. I loved everything about the stay! I appreciate the handymen for being available if we needed them to fix anything.If you are wanting to book this home, do not wait! BOOK NOW!!

GREAT PLACE !!!!!

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Was in town for two weeks on a commercial construction project and being able to rest without thinkin' someone could be breaking into My truck and/or stealing tools was reassuring. Big garage, so the expensive tools were definitely safe. The inside of the house was a pleasant surprise. My Co-workers were very comfortable and preferred it to the hotels We use to stay in with misc. noise coming from the parking lots all night. Foosball table upstairs was Kool but I was too wore out from work to enjoy it. The back porch was tranquil but We were too lazy to light up the fire pit. Kitchen was fancy with stainless steel everything. Monster TV in the upstairs area. Great place. Highly recommend.

This house was great! Rented it before an Ironman race and got great sleep in the comfy beds. It's not super close to other things so had to Uber everywhere but that was predictable - just look at proximity to things when you book. It was super easy to communicate with the host and we would for sure stay again!
