Great price great stay
I had an enjoyable stay at the Carmel Inn. The employees and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and very attentive. The room was clean and about what I expected for a budget hotel. The only issue I had was the room I was issued was the outdated television which was not a smart TV. But I had my Roku device so I was able to stream the programs I wanted the free continental breakfast was great the first morning, however the remaining mornings it was unattended and only dry breakfast available. Overall the hotel was great. Unfortunately weather did not allow me to use the beautiful pool. Highly recommend for budget conscious travelers.

Don’t. Needs updates
Upon arrival we were given a room with furniture wrapped up and in disarray. No sheets on bed etc. we were given another room but the shower was in poor condition. Only the hot water knob worked so we were unable to shower. The front desk was very helpful and refunded our money for our stay.

Old and dirty!
We thought This was going to be a nice place. It was dirty and rust in the tub. We did not get breakfast because they told us. I would not recommend this place!
