Travelled as a family of 4 with 5yo and 8yo. We utilised the shuttle alot, to get to the Disney MTR station and obviously to Disney. Very convenient, never had to wait long and exceptional aircon. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus when leaving the park at night - instead of battling thousands we just lined up and were at the hotel within about 15minutes.
The food and beverage cost inside the hotel was eyewateringly expensive, as novel as I am sure the breakfast experience is we skipped it, the cost was going to be similar to a night's accommodation!
Kids appreciated the games room, we did utilise one of the craft activities, which was quite good quality. The instant hot water in the room was appreciated. On demand disney shows was also nice.
Character sightings every day was enjoyed by the kids. Pool was clean and comfortable - if you want to eat at the hotel the pool menu pricing was the most reasonably priced.
We chose to eat off site a few times taking MTR to Sunny bay, one station either way had plenty of options. Tsing Yi exit G has great options or Tung Chung exit B in Citygate had plenty. Family dinner cost us $300HKD total instead of pp.
