We stayed for one night. Room on 14th floor so quiet. Large room, good bathroom and amenities but let down by the bed cover (duvet) which did not cover the bed above about waist height.... the bed was huge, perhaps 2x double and the bed cover was obviously not made for this bed.
The staff were all very nice.
The advertised pool bar and restaurant were not open which after a long cycle down from Da Lat was disappointing for us.
Would we stay again? Probably but only if the bed linen was better.

All services are excellent However, it does not provide a microwave. You have to go all the way to the lobby to get services. It's like hell for people who don't stay in main building Families with children may need a microwave They need to improve on that
