Great place to stay! Super cute, tons of amenities, pool and hot tub clean and easy to use. Just a lovely spot all over. Managers were super accessible and answered all our questions by text very quickly. Book with instructions for house very helpful. Quiet area, very easy access to all local attractions. Place is exactly like the pictures. Only complaint was we couldn't stay longer. Excellent!

Great place near Old Homosassa

We loved this place, and the hot tub was a bonus! The house had plenty of living room, and the beds were very comfortable. The fenced-in yard is large. We loved being able to do our laundry without leaving the property. Old Homosassa is only a few miles away, with the Old Florida feeling and great restaurants. Several parks nearby to take the dog to and to walk around. Greg was a perfect host: friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all. Our dog Myrtle loved him! And Carissa is a talented artist: thanks for the art lesson, Carissa! We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and peaceful

The home was fun to explore the set up felt almost like an adventure. in the best way, The yard was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The fellow that owns the property gave us plenty of privacy and space but was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home

As soon as I pulled onto the property I knew I would love the place. The interior is as cute as it can be and anything you might need is there. The decor is adorable. My only regret is that Hurricane Debby forced us to leave earlier and I lost a set of keys. Of course, neither has anything to do with the house. I’ll definitely come back, probably before the next hurricane season!

Hot tub?

Upon entering this house, it is apparent that the owner put a lot of effort into decor. The beds and seating are comfortable. I appreciate that I was given permission by the manager to not kennel my sweet Yorkie. If I was traveling with a group of people, I would want to know in advance that the 2 primary bedrooms are separated by curtains, not doors, and that the bathroom is in the hallway where the second bedroom must go through the first to get there. My biggest disappointment was that the hot tub instructions say that the tub requires 2 hours to heat up. I definitely would not have selected this property if this were revealed in the house advertisement.

Absolutely loved the house!!!!!!!!! and the area was very quiet. The pool was heated by the hot tub but it never got above 75 degrees cuz the hot tub only got hot when turned on after 3pm. Would love to rent again if the pool can be warmer. Also the streaming wifi for the t.v. sucked. but we only used it at night.

Lovely getaway at Mermaid Manor

This property is really a gem! It is stocked with almost anything you can think of, including the cutest host gifts I've ever seen! We did a little scavenger hunt to find out exactly how many mermaids were on, around and inside the property, it was a blast! The pool is amazing and even on a really warm September weekend, it was cool enough to be refreshing. The pool area is loaded with artwork and really fun pool toys that are great for all ages. Beds and furniture are super comfy and the reading nook off the living room was a favorite spot for both myself and my mom! Would highly recommend this place!
