Unfortunately i didnt get to stay, i missed the check in time and didnt tell them so they sold my room to someone else and kept my money. I turned upto check in and was told there was nothing they could do as i was a no show. The room was no longer available as it had been sold to someone else, no place to stay, no communication and no refund.

Beautiful... Highly recommended stay

The trip was made memorable because of our stay in pine lakes. It was a beautiful cottage. We stayed in 63, it was fully functional kitchen and well equipped place for a perfect get away. Loved every minute there. We had some issues with pipes but as soon as we let the management know, they sent someone and fixed it. They were always checking on us and made sure everything was comfortable. We had a perfect stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment of check in you felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The lodge was perfect and the lake view was stunning and so relaxing even with 2 small kids! I will definitely go back it was such a lovely stay.

Ok stay but could be better.

The accommodation itself was very good for what we wanted from a 2 night stay where we were out exploring for most of the day, however the cleanliness of the property was questionable. Surfaces, white goods, bedding and bathroom facilities were clean however the floors had not been cleaned properly and had to be swept by myself on arrival, the bathroom floors and tiles were in need of some attention and the floor under the bed was disgusting. The blinds throughout need to be cleaned / replaced specifically the kitchen blind which exhibited dead flies and mould in the bedroom blind. Wardrobe runners were dirty and dusty, some skirting boards need a paint and refresh and the accommodation was musty on arrival and not very fresh, especially the bathroom which smelt of stagnant water. I did complain and provided photographs and was assured this was not their usual quality and would be taken up with the site manager and housekeeping manager. I have been offered either a partial refund or discount and meal voucher which is still in discussion. The site itself is lovely and the lake is picturesque. The leisure centre is a good facility although the sauna could do with a clean and update.
