Nice hotel. We booked for one night as we were going on a cruise the next morning. Comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Hotel is dated , but for a one night stay it ticked a lot of boxes. They sent their shuttle to collect from the airport which was an added bonus

Yes, I found it clean, tidy, well stocked, very engaging staff; however, this continuous onslaught of reviews is a real PIA. This is the second time. There is one thing about marketing, there is a point where it becomes forced, no longer attractive, and belittles the client because it is unrelenting. Does anyone else agree? I am so bothered by it, I doubt I'll stay in another Wyndam hotel out of silent protest. Anyone else share my enthusiasm? GIVE IT A BREAK

I posted this review on Google and I will also post it here as well: I booked this hotel because it was conveniently located close to the Fort Lauderdale airport but man was I bum-poked!!!! We ended up waiting nearly an hour for our free shuttle bus from the hotel to pick us up. I guess they only had one shuttle running. After complaining and calling 3 times, they sent a 2nd shuttle. We are a group of 3 separate hotel reservations here. One of the reservations had ants and the second one had cockroaches. The showers were loud when you turn it on, you can really hear the pipes squeak. In the morning there is only one elevator beside the lobby and everyone is trying to use it, so it's a long wait to get down. One of the few positives here, they had fresh diy waffles here (however their bread toaster is broken and takes forever to heat up bread). Another plus, upon arrival there is free water near the lobby. Overall, it was a mistake booking this hotel. I know I only stayed less than 12 hours to take the cruise the next morning, but they need to do a better job looking after us. I definitely will not come back here. Far too many strikes to give them a second chance.

Beds and pillows were horrible. Elevator took 16 minutes to come to 3rd floor! Toilets were practically on the floor and it was not attached well and it rocked when you sat on it. Desk people were not pleasant. When we checked in there were 11 people in line and only one very slow person working.

Relaxed night before flight

Just what we needed to relax and be refreshed for our flight the next morning. Nothing too fancy, but the service was good and breakfast ok.

One of our bed did not have a blanket over the sheets front desk said what do you want me to do about it, that is sad when I paid for the hotel room. The bathe towels smells so bad, floors were dirty, cannot adjust a/c was cold and loud all night. Not recommended this hotel.
