I book a double queen size bed and the beds were full size ,the breakfast was all right ... eggs & waffle only umm not cool 😑 & there's people actually living there ( weird) anyways I slept comfortable I guess that's what counts

My stay at the hotel was good, only the first day I had an inconvenience that the air conditioning didn't even cool and the next day they changed my room. The cleanliness is good and the workers are friendly.

Designer boots that vanished into thin air!!!!!

After my wife forgot a pair of designer boots, knowing exactly where she left them and contacting the hotel the next day. The total lack of professionalism was front and Center. The mgr Brittany Markham and asst mgr Ciera Jones have yet to return a phone Call in the 2 weeks trying to resolve the issue and a dozen messages. It's also really Insulting when they outright lie to you in conversation, saying nothing was found. This is the type of behavior you receive at a motel 6. I guess I'll just have to blast this La quinta Inn at Ft Lauderdale/ Hollywood Airport at the corporate level until someone Cares enough about the dishonesty of their Employees

I paid twice for accommodation and no one resolves the situation! I have already sent a message on the Hotels.com platform and to the hotel and no one answers me and no one resolves the issue. This is absurd! Is this how a platform like Hotels.com and Hotel La Quinta treat their customers?
