Note: Pool heating is set to 85°F by default. If you prefer it warmer, there's a $30/day charge. Please inform me a day in advance so I can get the payment sorted and the heating started.

➜ Master bedroom and second bedroom are both complete with king size beds

➜ Third bedroom has 2 bunks beds with full size bottom and twin size top

➜ Equipped with 1 smart TV inside each bedroom and 1 in the den by the pool table

➜ Three (3) clean and sanitized bathrooms with shower

➜ Washer and dryer machines for guests to use

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, stove, microwave, oven, blender, and a coffee machine



⮞IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

⮞ The guest will have access to the property. Please, make yourself at home.



⮞ Four (4) driveway parking spaces



⮞ The garage has been converted to a large laundry room and cars are not allowed inside



⮞ Cars cannot be parked inside the garage, just motorcycles. The floor in the garage is for smaller vehicles and will not withstand a regular car or SUV



⮞ The pool is heated at 85 degrees, it can be topped to 90 for an extra charge of $30 upon request.



⮞ Touching the pool heater panel without authorization will result in a $500 fine.



⮞ Parking on the street is allowed without a permit as long as you're not blocking driveways or other vehicles



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to the neighborhood of Boulevard Heights in Hollywood, Miami. This area is known for its tree-lined streets and well-manicured lawns, giving the neighborhood a cozy, suburban feel. There are several parks and green spaces in the area, including Dowdy Field and David Park, providing residents with opportunities for outdoor recreation.



The neighborhood is also conveniently located near several shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, making it an ideal location for families and young professionals. Additionally, Boulevard Heights is just a short drive away from the beach, providing residents with easy access to the sand and surf.



Overall, Boulevard Heights is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that offers a suburban feel while still being close to all the amenities that the city has to offer.



Getting Around:

This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car.

The owner is also willing to prepare customized fruit baskets for guests depending on the occasion for a small fee. When making a reservation please inform us ahead if you would like to take advantage of any of the add-ons this particular home offers.



⮞ We offer a car rental service that comes with an inclusive driver, catering to your transportation needs. If you require transportation to and from the airport or any other location, we can provide the service for an additional fee. Kindly send us a message, and we'll make all the necessary arrangements.



⮞Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



⮞The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



⮞Please be informed that we have cameras located outside along the entire perimeter of the home. These actively recording CCTVs are installed for the safety of our guests and property.



➤ We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest and we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
