Beautiful property with a very friendly and welcoming staff. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that the rooms could use a bit of a refresh - our carpet felt a bit damp. With some room updates, such as wood / vinyl flooring, this would be a 5-star experience.

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay
I’ve stayed here multiple times. This place is always clean and the staff is always accommodating. The only issue I have ever had is with the pay for parking. My room key wouldn’t let me out the gate and I had to call for help which was resolved quickly.

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa
Super disappointed! Had a very obstructed view of the beach even though room description said gulf view. Your looking at the top of a roof with all kinds of equipment and whatnot when out on the balcony.
