Great locatio

Very pleasant mid range hotel. Large rooms, 2x nice pools, some great restaurants in walking distance and 3 free shuttles to town a day. Shame the beach opposite is not that nice however.

A great resort opposite the beach and good restaurants. Lovely staff and a convenient shuttle bus into Old Town. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay. shame about the weather.

Pleasant stay here but after staying previously at the sister hotel in Hoi Ann unfortunately this one is a little behind in service and breakfast offerings. Good location although the beach is in a state of erosion this is happening all along not just the hotel. Nice pool areas. large pool towels and bath towels. Attention to detail cleaning required in rooms especially dust.

Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. Again worth mentioning however would certainly not discourage visiting again and for sure recommend to friends and family. Other than these two minor moans we absolutely enjoyed each and every day ….. well less enjoyed the few dull / colder days. Property was great! The 2 Swimming pools were great & the one was right across from our room. Breakfast buffet was awesome.. All the foods we're all fresh & delicious & had a great selection of fruits! Bathroom design could have been a little better as it was huge & there was not enough shelving or counter spaces for the size. Shower had plenty of hot water ... Our room was on a second floor which I didn't expect but it had a slightly nice view of the beach. It was only about a 10 minute shuttle to Ancient town which was convenient... All the staff were kind, helpful & super accommodating !!

We enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Beach Resort. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast had plenty of options. However, we felt that certain areas of the resort, particularly where we stayed, could benefit from some updates. We loved the resort, and the staff were friendly and helpful, however we needed a hand rail in the bathroom and the private beach was not as expected, usable or accessible .

Nice hotel , charged extra for upgrade although was our anniversary Weather was hot so pool was way too warm to use Staff were very helpful Walk to beach bars and restaurants across street Def stay again

The food was a bit disappointing, nice selection but some lacked flavour. The room had a Smart TV but no Apps such as Netflix or Internet Explorer. Minor points but would make a difference, especially on a rainy day. Staff were fantastic and so genuinelyfriendly!

Lovely resort - beautiful grounds and pool area - resort had loungers on the beach across the road. Surrounding area a bit rough 100vnd taxi to old town - so not a big deal

Great location on the beach and short drive to Old Town. We have stayed multiple times but far too noisey these days from surrounding hotels. Sadly not a peaceful stay I was looking for
