This accomodation was great! Very clean and had a newly renovated bathroom which was lovely. Room was clean and provided everything we needed. Very conveniently located in the city. Complementary breakfast provided which suited to our dietary requirements for a lactose and gluten intolerance. Ange is a fantastic host and we’d happily return again when we’re in Hobart.

Small family run affordable accommodation with clean room, comfortable bed and although private bathroom was just down the hall it was clean and convenient. Free breakfast was in a communal area. Good choice of cereal, milk, breads and condiments. Separate kitchen for food preparation. Location was excellent being in CBD and only a short walk to waterfront, restaurants and shops.

The room was a perfect size for the 5 of us, clean and with great amenities. We really appreciated the breakfast bar! It was so kind to be contacted about the lost prescription glasses and a time made to collect them. I can't tell you how much we appreciated it.

It was clean and I liked having my own allocated bathroom, provision of laundry facilities and a varied breakfast spread. Not keen on the polyester sheets (please change to cotton) and some of the door locks are a bit noisy (can hear neighbour coming and going). Otherwise good.
