Nos quedamos dos noches en este hotel. La verdad es que no lo recomendaría por varias razones: (1) la cama durísima, como si estuvieras durmiendo en el suelo. No he dormido en una cama peor en mi vida; (2) el olor del baño, sobretodo por la.mañama, es horrible. Las tuberías huelen que apestan; (3) las paredes, mobiliario y resto de cosas se ven viejas, muy desgastadas. Por ejemplo, el techo del baño tenía huecos y el plafón del mismo parecía que se iba a caer en cualquier momento; (4) ruido,. muchísimo. Tanto de los cuartos contiguos como de la calle. !! Ojo cuidado con los cuartos son ventanas!! El muestreo tenía ventana pero hay muchos hoteles que ofrecen cuartos sin ventanas. También voy a destacar lo bueno: comprensión a la hora del check in, y personal amable. Otra cosa buena y que nos sorprendió gratamente: el desayuno, poca variedad pero muy bueno. También está muy bien la localización, centrica y tienes de todo al lado, aunque tened en cuenta que los autobuses no lo tienen difícil entrar en esa calle.

The property is dated but for the price with breakfast included it's a great deal. However the customer service is what made this hotel amazing, always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. The location is great! Walking distance (10mins-ish) to Ben Thanh markets and Saigon central but far enough to get a quiet night sleep. Lots of massage, food and shopping options around. Will definitely stay again

Great Hotel, Amazing Staff!

Great hotel. Stayed here 8 years ago, and the great staff are still here! We had a problem with our room on the first day, and quick as a flash they moved us to a better room. Cannot fault the hospitality and the breakfast was a lot better than a normal buffet breakfast. Top Class and we'll definitely be back!!!

Mình rất thích bữa ăn sáng ở đây, thực đơn thay đổi mỗi ngày và đa dạng. Mấy hôm ở đây mình được ăn các món yêu thích như bún chả cả, hủ tíu, bánh ướt, bánh mỳ ốp la.... Tiếp tân rất lịch sự và thân thiện. Phòng mình ở kế bên thang máy nên khi có người ra vào thì nghe tiếng ồn, còn những lúc khác rất yên tĩnh. Máy điều hoà ở vị trí phù hợp và hoạt động tốt. Khi ngủ nếu tắt hẳn máy điều hoà thì cũng không nóng và hoàn toàn yên ắng, dễ ngủ. Buổi trưa và tối nếu ship thức ăn tới khách sạn thì có thể mang xuống ăn ở nhà ăn (nơi ăn sáng) để phòng không bị dơ và có mùi thức ăn. Mình đã có những ngày rất thoải mái ở đây. Lần tới nhất định sẽ quay lại.

Great office people. Showers were not hot, bed were very very hard causing back aches after 2 nights. The breakfasts were good but there needs to be milk and tea as options as not everyone drinks coffee.

Great location in District 1, easy walk to most places. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and air conditioning worked excellently. Breakfast ran from 7-9:30am and there was always a good selection of hot and cold options.

Mixed bag. Reception was excellent. Breakfast was poor (e.g.stale artificial creamer instead of milk.) Would not give my wife a key until I got back with the room key, so she had to sit in the dark. No hot water in the shower except mid-afternoon. Good location. Clean. Noisy fridge, lift and aircon. Doors did not fit the frames, so light came into the room at night. Good WiFi.
