Very nicely done hotel , quiet and rooms were very comfortable. Location is very nice but far from the main area ( district one) - takes about 30 minutes to get back and forth. Not very walkable.

The whole experience at Mia Saigon was amazing for me, my mum and my aunt. The staff were impeccable, the food was divine, the boat to town was awesome, the balance of professionalism and friendliness was perfect! We loved the dogs being part of the furniture, they made the hotel feel like home for us - we are all animal lovers! I have been blessed with staying in luxury and boutique hotels around the world and Mia Saigon reminded me of hotels like The Covent Garden in London, Hotel Du Vin in Bristol, UK and The Dylan in Amsterdam - 3 of my favourite city hotels in the world! The common denominator is the personalised service, the staff remembering you and your preferences and the quiet and calm luxury in a very busy and frantic city. Well done Mia! I cannot fault our stay and because I am so well travelled, I easily find fault in most hotels - thank you to all of the team for playing a huge part in making our visit to Ho Chi Minh so memorable

The hotel was 5* from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. There is nothing to fault about this hotel, only positives. You may want to know that it is a small taxi ride to nearest shops/restaurants (about 10mins).

Excellent location away from the hussle but in a lovely area local to shops and the staff are extremely friendly with recommendations (if needed). Great amenities as well. I cannot recommend this place enough, such a beauty hotel in Saigon.

An absolutely stunning hotel! It is a boutique hotel so staff provide individualised attention to each guest. Check-in was very professional with Jimmy who made us feel very welcome. We were also provided with a delicious cake to help celebrate our special occasion. The river shuttle boat to the city was fun and convenient. The only thing is, there is not much in the immediate vicinity so you need to book transport to go out to eat (but easy to do if you have the Grab app). Eating at the hotel is convenient but very expensive. The hotel is so beautiful that it does attract Instagramers. Some are respectful of the other guests. Unfortunately we encountered a member of one influencer's entourage who had little idea of personal space: I had placed my towel and belongings on a sun lounger but came out of the pool to find it occupied by the influencer's lackey. The common areas and rooms are very tastefully decorated - the most beautiful we encountered on our travels. Rooms have a peaceful view of the river.

Could not fault this hotel. The service, food and facilities were1st class, the staff were so friendly. So well located with boat shuttle to the city. Pool and dining area by the water were like a little oasis. Brilliant. Will be coming back.
