There was no pool, no swim up bar or no spa available which was all listed before I booked and according to the staff these facilities had been not available for years. These facilities were the only reason I pick this hotel. I should have received a refund so I could find somewhere else to stay. It was a basic room which was extremely overpriced. Staff were nice people but very unhappy with the hotel.

We only stayed for half a night because our flight was delayed and the roads were closed for April 30th military practice. The room was good, but had faint cigarette odor. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly so they made our half night stay pleasant.

The hotel was super clean , nice tub , hot water, Japanese style toilet, right downtown near all action. I had an amazing comfortable bed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Conveniently located and pretty spacious room. Couple minutes walk to the new subway, connecting directly to Nguyen Hue and the Ben Thanh market among other stops (though neither were a far walk). Japantown (/ red light district) right around the corner. Room got kind of stuffy because AC would stop running when you left with your key card. This was fine in December, but I would not enjoy in the summer. Still worth it though for the exceptional rooftop views! Almost took an evening dip in the pool but ended up napping up there instead haha

Good location. We had to change rooms as the first room they gave us had a strong smell of smoke. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was varied and very good. Location was great to visit the key areas of District 1. Rooms were very small and tight, bed was firm. Road noise was not noticeable even being at the front of the hotel.

Amazing!

We had a lovely time here. The room was a good size and comfortable. The other hotel facilities were great especially the rooftop pool and spa. Ken and Simon were amazing hosts and looked after us very well. We had a lot of requests and they answered them all and helped us settle in and enjoy our stay. The Swedish massage was also a highlight. Great spot very well located within the city with lots of food and sightseeing destinations within 10-15 min walks
