Few problems getting on as we were not sent our code for entry. Once that was sorted out everything was good. Room had ants but the rest was good. Nightstands and was could use a refresh but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The outside tub was beautiful !

A great location to explore district one and quiet despite being central. The staff was responsive via WhatsApp during our stay, but the communication prior was lacking. Note that the airport transfer is NOT included as it states in the Expedia ad, something we only found out on arrival at the airport. Cleanliness was not bad.

I booked this room specifically because it clearly stated FREE airport shuttle included. It is not and they ask 3 times the price of a standard cab for the service. Please remove this claim from all your listings. It is a shame because otherwise it was a lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay in a lively but still quiet area of HCM.

A little mix up with booking/# of beds. Our family of 5 had to make it work, given it was a holiday and other arrangements could not be made. Staff was very apologetic and tried to help via whatsapp. A 2nd sofa bed was provided for our 2nd night and my husband said it was the most comfortable bed in all our 3 week trip to SE Asia. Room was clean, AC worked great and it is niceley decorated. Location is excellent, in the heart of everything, very walkable to many things we wanted to see.
