In its day this would have been a 5 star hotel, has loads of space function rooms, bbq night was good, Hawaiian theme was a bit odd for Japanese place but good entertainment. Bathroom for that evening was not at all clean!!! Cockroaches roaming the area under dining tables. Shuttle service to airport and Narita is excellent. Room good a little dated, value for money just needs a good clean in some common areas.

My room was tiny I could hardly move and the mattress had big dips on one side, giving me a sore back, but the room was bearable for the time I was there. The staff were really lovely. Thankyou APA.

A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...
