Staff was excellent. Cleanliness was better this stay then a month ago. Everything requires a call or visit to the front desk. Could be taken care of with a note in the room. Went without heat first night because thermostat is broken so you have to plug it in and its either all or nothing. Took a call to find out. No breakfast in lobby, after i asked was told that you have to ask at front desk for breakfast. But no note to let people know that. No one at front desk at 7 am to ask so felt like that was a run around answer. Bed was comfortable, is what it is, a cheap place to sleep.

Property outside had trash and garbage laying around and needed repairs to the building. The interior needs upgrades and there was not heat in some rooms. The bed was good, but that's about it.

I have stayed here before .. There was a problem with the room after check-in, but staff resolved things quickly .. Room was clean .. Parking was fine .. Lots of ice near the walkways .. Everything was fine for a short stay

Bed was way too hard to sleep on and pillows were paper thin. Hair was all over the laundry and dead ants in bathroom. Also crumbs everywhere. I think housekeeping needs to do a more thorough job while cleaning the rooms. Front desk agent was amazing though, very helpful and friendly

The staff member that I worked with was great, I have no problem with that aspect, but it's really just a matter of being frank about what this is... you pretty much know what you're getting when it's this cheap-- a very old budget motel that has not been updated in ages, with tattered carpet, stained towels, bad lighting, and extremely dated decor/seating/lamps/tables, etc. The worst aspect, for a winter visit, was the extremely outdated (and seemingly unsafe) heater situation. The heater is an old radiator system that could not turn on and off without unplugging it from the wall, and had no temp control- just stiflingly hot or off.

This hotel is old and shows its age, but for the price it was a good stay. It was a little cold in the room as the heating system is old as well. However the bed and bedding made up for everything else. Probably the most comfortable bed ive slept in for awhile and the sheets were so soft i looked at the tag and ordered a set for myself. All in all a good stay. Staff is super friendly but the breakfast is lacking to say the least.
