Beautiful Villa by the Ocean! A perfect getaway!

YOUR VACATION HOME AWAY FROM HOME: This top-notch condo is freshly updated yearly and is located in BUILDING 1! Our non-smoking, pet-free, spacious 3 bedroom end unit has everything you need to unwind, including reading & video libraries, and games & puzzles. All of the appliances are updated, including YOUR OWN washer/dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has seating at the bar for 3, while the dining room has 6 chairs and a bench for 2-3 more. The private patio off of the den is complete with a table and chairs. The living room has a 40' HD flatscreen for you to enjoy on rainy days or during the evenings with cable and DVD/VCR. There is wood flooring throughout the condo.

For those that want to stay connected our villa has WIRELESS INTERNET, already included in your rate. No need to go out of the condo to do that kind of surfing!

The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, 32' HD flatscreen cable television with DVD/VCR player and a pillow-top queen size bed. There is also a private bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan, a pillow-top queen bed and 28' HD flatscreen cable television. A full bath is around the corner. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with two sets of bunk beds.

Our condo comes with a beach storage locker located under building one. Guests are welcome to use any beach items in the storage locker. Items available typically include several beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys as well as a beach wagon to tote everything to the beach. Guests are welcome to store their own beach items in the locked storage area as well.

THE BEACH: Our beach, via one of the few private beach access points on the island, is never crowded. The 5 minute walk across the private boardwalk over the saltwater marsh is stunning. Enjoy the views of wildlife, and of the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Palmetto Dunes. The Folly off to the left on the beach is quite spectacular! Coco's, the only private beach side cabana bar, will have everything you might want while enjoying the beach - food, beverages, tables & stools, a break from the sun, and restrooms! The 6-8 passenger BEACH SHUTTLE can take you to and from the beach if you should choose to forgo walking. The boardwalk also has footlights if you'd like to enjoy the beach by moonlight, or the nightlife at Coco's. There is a beach lifeguard on duty during the summer season. Chair and umbrella rentals are also available through the lifeguard.

AMENITIES ON THE PROPERTY: The resort has two outdoor pools (the larger one is heated), one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, indoor jogging track, workout room, six lighted tennis courts, a pickle ball court, badminton court, picnic tables and grills, on-site convenience store and deli, a sand volleyball court at the beach, elevators, and free parking. All of this is included in your rate!

Hilton Head Resort is a 24-hour gated beach community convenient to bike paths, golf courses, putt putt golf, marinas, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, boat cruises, theatres, museums, etc. We are located mid-island, very close to Shelter Cove Towne Center.

We take great pride in our condo. Our cleaning and maintenance companies are wonderful, and we were just here in April to finish the spring cleaning, relax, and unwind. Come and be our guest!

Note: We do provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and bar hand soap. Please be aware that you will need to bring additional supplies for longer stays. Beach towels are not provided.

Hilton head resort.

The property itself was beautiful and the staff were friendly, with the owner providing timely email instructions. However, several issues detracted from the experience. The pool closure rules were not enforced, resulting in late-night noise that disturbed my children. Attempts to contact security or front gate were unsuccessful due to an unresponsive phone number and contacts that no longer work for the company. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the house was subpar, with dust, a moldy shower curtain, stained blankets, used looking hand towels under the sink and old hand soap.

Amazing Beach!!

We had a great time here for the week! David, the owner, was ready to help quickly when needed. It took usminutes to cross the boardwalk with a slow walking 2 year old. The beach is amazing! Vsand ,just perfect!

Property description misleading

I chose this property because of the owner's description: "Our beach, one of the last private ones on the island, is never crowded". We stayed in unit 1320 for five days and every single day the beach was PACKED with tons of people. It was definitely not a private beach and shouldn't be advertised as such. Also the "8 passenger BEACH SHUTTLE" that was advertised ended up being a 6 person shuttle for the first few days we were there and then became a 3 person shuttle. There were 4 of us. The elevator in Building 1 was closed several times during our stay including during our check-out time when we had to carry all of our suitcases and belongings down 4 flights of stairs. We normally stay at SeaCrest at Coligny Beach (very nice facility with beachfront pools, bar and Coligny Plaza right across the street). The beach was very crowded last time we were there, so I looked for a less crowded beach (the one described at HHR). It was just as crowded as the SeaCrest beach and we missed being walking distance from restaurants and shops. Will be looking to stay elsewhere next time;.

great location

liked the location. the cleanness of the rental left alot to be desired. had to clean both bathrooms they were dirty with mold present on shower and tub. the toliets had a mold ring around water line. the air conditioner did not cool the back half the bedrooms were hot and couldnot get it cooled. the coffee pot quit working and only had one large old frying pan that was hard to regulate temp cooking.the air filter appeared not to have been changed in a while. we cleaned the bathrooms on arrival because family member allergic to mold. i would stay at this resort again but with different room.

Wonderful condo

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! This is our second time staying at this condo. The two bunks in the one room helps to provide plenty of sleeping space, even for a family of 8 like us!

Perfect spot for a family

This is our first time staying at this condo, although we have stayed at this resort for the past 10 years. This is a perfect spot for a family, especially this condo as it is in building 1 closest to the boardwalk and pool! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home at the beach! We will be booking again.

We had an excellent stay in Hilton Head! We really appreciated all the amenities and how responsive David was with getting me some seafood recommendations and additional parking passes. Short walk to the beach and check in and check out process was very easy.

320 condo Hilton head resort

Once through the gates and seeing our building #1 was more run down than the 3 others. Our condo was very dirty upon check in. I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. I did get the condos owner’s property manager to come and mop the floors. She also brought toilet paper, dish soap and paper towel . We were given 8 sets of towels for 5 adults, one dish cloth and 1 dish towel. Everything was dirty from the refrigerator, ceiling fans, vents, dishwasher. The patio chairs were wicker and mostly missing the back rest-very uncomfortable. The side table was broken. We were told there were patio chairs in the storage locker. When we went to use them 3 or the four were corroded and unusable. It took until day 4 for them to tell us they were not replacing them for us. We ended up renting chairs for the last 3 days. We were hoping for the cleaning fee to be returned but not much was done to make it right. The condo itself was over all good (furniture, shower head, kitchen -counters and appliances-after I cleaned them). Would not stay there again.
