We offer our guests a completely remodeled luxury villa with a modern floor plan featuring a Gourmet Kitchen, Living Area with new furniture and a 65 inch 4K Smart TV, free wifi, dining for six guests, and a King Master Suite and Guest Suite, both with gorgeous new bathrooms and Smart TVs! There is keyless entry, so no more losing or trying to keep track of keys! Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 2512 Villamare in Palmetto Dunes is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

The state-of-the-art Kitchen has gorgeous Gaya quartzite countertops; cabinetry with glass door accents and other customized features; fireclay farmhouse sink; Le Creuset and All-Clad cookware; island with countertop and seating for two; and luxury appliances including a 36 inch paneled refrigerator with ice maker; oven and microwave combination, beverage cooler, paneled dishwasher, and front load washer and dryer.

The Living Area has new furniture, and the new 65-inch Smart TV to watch all the streaming channels. It opens onto a balcony which has new bar-height furniture carefully chosen to enhance the enjoyment of the courtyard, ocean and sunset views. The Dining Area seats six.

The Master Suite also opens onto this balcony. It has a King bed, 43 inch smart TV, luxury bathroom with large shower, Gaya quartzite countertop, and large closet.

The Guest Suite has two queen beds, a 43 inch Smart TV and a sitting area. Its bathroom also has a Gaya quartzite countertop, a tub, and a shower. This bedroom has its own balcony, again with stunning views and premium "tete-a-tete" bar height furniture to enjoy the views.

Named for the sunlight which streams into our villa all day long, and also for the sunset views off our balconies, Palmetto-Light-By-The-Sea has furniture and decor inspired by its ocean setting and its close proximity to world-class golf and tennis. Of course, our guests will enjoy all of the fabulous Villamare amenities, including a heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, toddler pool, grilling area, oceanfront lounging deck, fitness center, indoor pool, dry sauna, and meticulously landscaped courtyards, lagoons, and fountains. The world-class Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills Golf Courses are no more than five minutes away by car.
