Waterside is a wonderful place to stay. The condo is exceptionally clean and located in a prime location - close to the beach and restaurants. Bike path and golf course nearby. We’ll definitely go there again.

The room was in fantastic shape and the perfect size for the trip. So close to the beach and shopping center, and secluded enough that you hardly noticed anything around you once you were walking back to your room. The staff - especially Donald - was wonderful. It was a perfect spot near Coligny beach.

This was our 2nd time staying on this property. 1st was in a townhouse, this time in a condo. BOTH times have been PERFECT! Check in is easy, and check out also easy. We simply do a little grocery shopping and the kitchen is complete. VERY comfortable beds!!! Location is easy to get around to everything needed! Unfortunate we had to cut our stay this time by one day for a family issue so sad to leave. Hope to return again next year & plan on staying here again!

The gym was modest but sufficient. The kitchen was fully stocked. The unit was clean, the only concern was the initial odor when entering. It cleared up after the fan was started and the doors opened for a period of time. Other than that it was a pleasant stay , also the bed was incredibly comfortable which was a delightful surprise.

We did t know until the second day that there was a heated pool down the street. The big one near check in was unswimmable as it was too cold. Someone should have told us about the heated option. Otherwise great stay and very convenient

The condo was very clean. The bathroom was very roomy and had a large shower and a jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable. In total the condo felt very homey. The staff was very pleasant and helpful to any questions we had. The walk to the beach a was short distance.

Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once more. There is clearly a persistent mechanical issue that needs management's immediate attention. I have reported this to the staff and hope it is resolved soon for future guests.

The resort did not have a reservation for us even when I provided your confirmation number. We jad to leave Hilton Head and return home. Wecould not use our tickets for the next day for the Heritage golf tournament which cost $150.
