*This house has parking for three vehicles. Two in the garage and one in the driveway. The town prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
*Pool and saltwater spa do not have safety equipment.
*A dog under 60 lbs is welcome (there is a $300 nonrefundable pet fee).
*Folly Field Beach Park will be closed during construction until November 7. In the interim,
free parking is available at nearby Islander’s Beach Park off Folly Field Road.
Additionally, a free shuttle runs daily from Folly Field Beach Park to nearby Driessen
Beach Park.
*4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
