Nice hotel-Poor pet policy disclosures!!
The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Our room was great. The one complaint we had was that their pet policy on their site is less than informative. It states the charge for up to two pets for two nights. We stayed one night with one small dog and they still charged us the same rate as for two nights, which is ridiculous when we were literally there to sleep. I even mentioned that their site says the charge is for 2 nights stay and we were only staying one. The staff were basically indifferent to what I was saying and just mumbled some response. So the two night rate plus taxes ending up costing more than we paid for the actual room for one night at a pet friendly hotel.

Second time I have stayed here and once again I only have positive things to say about this little hotel. Nice and quiet. Sufficient breakfast if you want it. Laundry on site and easy to manage. Super clean everywhere you look.

Manager refuses to honor his own website
Checked hotel website for dog-friendly terms because hotels.com post didn’t list anything we could find. Hotel website shows a fee for 2 nights and 3 nights plus, but mentions absolutely NOTHING for one night like we booked. Upon arrival they called the manager to confirm they would charge the fee for one night. When I showed him our listing AND his company’s website, he insisted that if I searched our booking website thru pages to find the fine print, it was there. I never would’ve found it!!! Also, when I showed him how when I questioned it and went to his company’s website and THEY said nothing about a charge for one night, he said that doesn’t matter. Excuse me, I said?! That’s unbelievable!! Also!! Read the finer fine print!! They charge additional resort fees above and beyond the booking once u get there, PLUS an additional generic deposit on top of the dog deposit they charged despite their own company’s website not listing it!!!! Lastly, we had no pillows for the sofa bed and called the front desk and let it ring 4 times before they finally picked up the 5th time, only to tell us we had to come up and get them IF they had extras. We walked up there and waited until someone came to the desk, then they disappeared for almost 10 minutes while we waited!!! The place is clean and very nice. The front desk staff and management was enough for us to say we would never return. Our booking ended up costing us DOUBLE what the hotels.com booking initially was

Overall not a bad stay but a couple sore spots to point out. We booked a king suite on Expedia that stated it was dog friendly. When arriving we learned that there is a $90-$130 pet fee and no king suites for pets were available. We got a 2 queen suite instead. We also had 2 encounters with rude service members but everyone else was nice. The parking is confusing and needs more signs. The facility itself is very clean, good location, and quiet. It’s very strict in the sense of signing in and out towels, no room cleaning if your pet is in the room (even a kennel) and things didn’t seem transparent.
