Enjoy our stay very much. The room was spotless. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Great amenities. The breakfast was very good. It was even better than one of the local restaurants we tried. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Had an overnight stay with my family at Palmera. The room was very clean and up to date. My only complaint about the room was the refrigerator was kind of loud, but not too bad. Breakfast was okay. The scrambled eggs were kind of squishy, the sausage links didn't really have a taste. The grits weren't good, as they tried an attempt on cheese grits but not so sure about the cooking method as it tasted like it needed to be cooked longer. The potatoes were great. For the price, this was a good experience for my family and me. When we are in the Hilton Head area again, we will consider Palmera Inn again. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The room is super clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing is the beach (Coligny) is about 2 miles away. We have to drive to get to it. I suppose you can walk but will take you about an hour. Other than that, the hotel is perfect. I love the Thai restaurant that is right across the street.

The breakfast was fresh and hot. The view from our balcony was the parking lot. Front desk staff did okay, one girl does not understand what is being said to her, she just giggles.

This is our second time staying here with our dog and we can't say enough positive things about the experience. The hotel is very dog friendly, with some rooms having direct access to the dog friendly walking and play area. Doggy poo bags and disposal stations are available. They even welcome your pet with treats! Additionally, the rooms are recently remodeled, spacious and clean. Breakfast is included but we never make it over in time! If it is anything like the rest of the hotel, I am sure it is first class.
