Conveniently located across from Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. Condo has just been updated with new ceramic tile flooring and fresh paint. Sleeps up to 5; one bedroom with queen bed, new sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and a hallway inset lower bunk for a small child. Additional amenities include two flat screen smart TVs (living room/bedroom) with cable, DVD player, internet, fully-stocked kitchen with stovetop and microwave/convection oven, and crockpot. Remodeled full bathroom with new shower with adjoining washer/dryer and balcony with sitting area overlooking the pool and the ocean. Convenient secure keyless entry. Complex has on-site security.
