My overall experience was great. When i arrived i pulled my car to the front for valet parking. One of the attendants tried to make me park my own car as if me saying i wanted valet parking was an inconvenience for him. The rest of the staff was so sweet and polite. I did not let that one person ruin my experience.

The parking signs are not very apparent, and you will get turned around into dead ends that are not clearly marked. Check in is at 4 and when we got there at 4:45 we were told we would have to wait 30 mins because our room was not available. They were telling some people this but not all. I asked to be comped since the room wasn’t ready, and, magically, a room was immediately available. The onsite dining is pretty average. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. They did not restock our wash clothes when they cleaned the room, even though they took the used ones away. It was nice to have the separate pools and nice beach access. The stay was completely average, and I wouldn’t say it was worth the price.

The whole experience was amazing… the beach is gorgeous, all the pools offers a lot of fun for the kids, plenty of options for eat, beautiful room and very clean. I will certainly come back here in the future.

Our second time here. Fell in love with the beach and friendly/family vibe. You feel at home. Wish this was a all inclusive hotel as all the food options are pricey. Safe for parking , although now youre charged extra for parking. That was dissapointing. Price on Expedia is not final! You will be charged again after checking out. Entertainment at the hotel is amazing, exceptional , friendly staff- from front desk to housekeeping we will be back. Thank you!

They are just ridiculous. Elevator not working. Ocean front is an enclosed balcony . Charges of different room put on us . Just a very very bad experience. Never will recommend this to any one . Think twice .

My bathroom had black mole on the ceiling in the shower. That’s the only issue paying that much a night my room should be perfect.
