Very clean, perfect for 2 couples with the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and baths and living areas. Ken was super helpful and came over to help us with parking when we checked in. We loved the location of this property. It was super convenient to all the area has to offer and only minutes from town. Plus, the house is decorated well and was super clean. Loved this place in Hill City just a block above the 1880 train station. Cozy remodeled home, nice decor and big enough for a family. We were lucky to get a look at the deer and the wild turkeys. Nice location. Plenty of parking.

AWESOME HOUSE AND LOCATION.

The house is located in a perfect location when it comes to driving around the area. It is in walking distance to downtown Hill City. Ken the owner of the property is great at communicating and getting back to you if anything needs attention. We would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.
