Large, comfortable room with a great shower and bath. Had a slight issue with the heating but they provided us with an electric heater. Bed very comfortable and it was super quiet in the room. Pool and gym were lovely and breakfast was delicious!

Cost and quality of food could be improved £35 for a steak , that was not great , room needs coat hooks , and more milk , and a true double or king bed that you don’t disappear down the crack of , and an wxtended breakfast window of time would be nice

The rooms were very dusty and tiles in bathroom could do with some mould spray and a scrub. We had trouble getting robes and slippers sent to the room and then when they sent them they forgot slippers and 1 of the robes and we was nearly late for our treatment as was told to wait in our rooms for them. Reception team could have been more welcoming and smiley.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, the room was lovely and spacious. The water was not hot enough even after following the advice of the hotel so showers and baths were disappointing. The breakfast was okay however when ordered to room it arrived late and cold twice. The hotel lobby area was lovely

NO HOT WATER. Cheap fatty bacon, ran out of coffee and an ineffective toaster at breakfast. Had to ask three times for a jug of water with our evening meal but got our alcoholic drinks ordered delivered twice. Dirty, worn sofas in the lounge with holes in the Upholstery. Single ply, cheap toilet paper. Definitely not a four star experience.
