On the one jight that we stayed we could not fault any part of the hotel and service. The staff from reception to the breakfast staff and even the girls who were servicing the rooms were excellent and should be commended'

Hotel was great, stayed in 212 was nice and had good shower. Only complainant would be bed was a bit small as had single and a standard double and mattress was a bit hard. Cracking bar to sit and have drinks and enjoy the fire. Breakfast was great in morning, plenty of options. Good value would definitely stay again when up visiting family

Almost perfect.
Almost a perfect stay, let down only by the lack of adult-only space in the main bar area, which sometimes sounded like a crèche… if it gets unbearable then go across the carpark to the Italian restaurant, which is highly recommended. Great breakfast.
