Very little to dislike or find fault with, overall very good value. The staff and food were very good. The only slight negatives were doors, the main door into the room was a little fidly to open, especially after a few drinks 😉, and the bathroom door was sticking. Would definitely stay there again when you visit that area.

Are home away from home for 8days! Absolutely amazing staff who made us feel very welcomed. The most delicious food and drinks. The overall atmosphere of the countryside was breathtaking and so peaceful.

Stayed here before, great location and restaurant. Room needs a good dust, you can see it all on the wallpaper. Hairdryer was missing which meant I had to leave with wet hair as we left before the pub opened. Radiator vibrates every time traffic went by, which kept me awake - we’ve never had this happen before but we were in a different room.

A pleasant surprise

A hidden gem! Stopped here for a night on route to Cardiff for the Oasis reunion tour. Totally exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely friendly place, with nicely renovated features, tasty food and great value (Mon-Thurs 3 courses for £20). The breakfast was exceptional also. A great stay and excellent value for money
