I booked an accessible room and did not receive that due to a key error issue. Was placed in a different room and staff walked in our room 2 times, immediately they apologized because they clearly didnt know we were in the room. Went back to sleep and as soon as we fell back asleep the room phone started ringing and woke us back up. Spoke to front desk and they refused to acknowledge the accessible room issue. They only apologized for waking us up because accordingly to them, there records showed that we already checked out. And to top it off, there wasnt hot water after 3 minutes in the shower. Will not be returning.

The room was filthy- there were wet, dirty towels on the bathroom floor and a wet, used washcloth on the bathroom sink. When I complained to the front desk manager. The desk manager handed me a Hilton, direct reservation card with a # on it and told me to use that the next time and not to book through Expedia- that was his solution to the sub standard conditions. This hotel is a pigsty and the Health Dept needs to shut it down.
