I booked an accessible room and did not receive that due to a key error issue. Was placed in a different room and staff walked in our room 2 times, immediately they apologized because they clearly didnt know we were in the room. Went back to sleep and as soon as we fell back asleep the room phone started ringing and woke us back up. Spoke to front desk and they refused to acknowledge the accessible room issue. They only apologized for waking us up because accordingly to them, there records showed that we already checked out. And to top it off, there wasnt hot water after 3 minutes in the shower. Will not be returning.
