This was our second stay here. The first time was in March of 2020 the week the pandemic was declared so I assumed the shortcomings of the hotel were due to matters out of their own control. We remembered the beds being very comfortable and needed a suite due to our family of 4 (2 toddlers) so we decided to book again due to the fair rates and needing to stay for 4 nights. The staff was incredibly rude. Any time we went to the front to ask for anything, the front desk staff would tell us to wait until someone with a cart came around (there was no one that we saw on the floor at the time which is why we asked) and they were not nice about the way they said it either. One of the days we were there, staff came around to refresh our room and somehow we were left with zero toliet paper. The cleaniless of the room was awful. Their was a gross smell, like stale food/garbage and sewage, in our room and it was especially bad in the bathroom. We bought multiple air fresheners which honestly barely covered the smell. The shower/tub was not clean; you could see mold growing under and around the bath mat so I was not able to give my toddlers a bath while we were there (we still rinsed them off in the shower but this is not ideal for a 1 and 3 year old). The kitchen drawers were disgusting. I ended up taking everything out of the drawers due to my kids being able to open them and everything in the drawer was dirty/sticky. There was a black/mold like substance at the bottom of the drawer.
