This is the 3rd time staying at Home 2 and it’s been perfect. Staff are very friendly, rooms are great and breakfast is good. I’m sure I will be back since we visit Asheville which is not far.

The rooms are excellent, they are very spacious and clean. The parking area is well lit and there are a couple of different waysbto enter the building as long as you have your room key.

It was just okay. The hotel itself was clean, which was great. Location next to the highway, so there was easy access to Asheville. I did like the build a breakfast sandwich option, which was different. But other than that, we did not get a good nights rest. In addition to uncomfortable pillows and a bed, had children running all early morning (like, 6am and earlier) above us for both nights. Initially complained about it via a call to the front desk and only received a "oh, other people have complained as well," but it wasn't clear steps taken to address the matter? The manager did at least try to offer a concession of sorts but it was not a complimentary night since we booked through 3rd party. Served its purpose while we were there, and may do the same if you're looking for something quick. Not sure if we'll be back.

Room design is awesome, you've thought of everything! We loved our spacious it was, there was lots of room and plenty of amenities. The breakfast was really good, but wish there was more keto diet options..for instance, instead of strawberries and blueberries in a sugary syrup, fresh berries would have been great. I love your hotel brand and will continue to seek it out for future reservations.

The property was extremely clean and pleasant. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety and the quality was pretty good. Housekeeping was every other day but maids were quick to respond to extra towel requests. The only downfall was reservation cost. It was very expensive and in the future I will seek a lower rate or different accommodations
