The room smelt damp and the bathroom in particular was not in great condition. There were many brown marks across the walls and there is an edge running along the bottom of the bath which was thick with dirt. We also had people walking in front of our room throughout the night and this continued the entire time until early morning. It felt very uncomfortable.

Good place but extra charged

The room and breakfast and place overall was good. Unfortunately upon check in, I was charged again for the room that I had already booked through Hotels.com, but was unaware of this until it appeared on my bank account the next day. I stopped at the hotel on my way back home to inquire about it and ask for a refund. The manager couldn't issue a refund right then but was going to take care of it. A few days passed and nothing. Reached out to find the status, manager was swamped and short staffed, would call me back. No response, tried again. Now manager was out due to personal reasons. Reached out to Hotels.com. They were fabulous and gave me a refund from what I paid them.

Because I booked with hotels.com they put me on the second floor they discriminated against me if you booked with hotels.com or any other third party they put you on the second and third floors even if you have a handicap like I do that requires me to be on the first floor she said nope you're going up on the 2nd floor the manageramy was horrible the hotel was nice the staff was nice including Ricky who was very nice

These Guys do a a great Job. Really hard to beat value wise with the Breakfast. Location is convenient. El Paso Mexican restaurant on site is excellent. We got stuck in traffic for two hours upon arrival and missed eating and they closed but the sister resterant is across the street and they called to make sure they could still feed us and it ended up being super super excellent food! And just there! The rooms need some updating on the flooring. I would luv to see actual flooring and not the bad carpet. Other than that they do a great job with the property . Clean and painting also seems to be really upkept! Pool was clean also! Reception was very accommodating and professional. Great Job Guys !
