This home was beautiful and immaculately clean. It was well stocked with anything you need plus several extra touches such as coffee, snacks and ingredients to make s’mores! Beds comfy, open spacious living space and three bathrooms were great. Decor was lovely but we had to move some Knick knacks to “higher ground” since we had a couple of curious toddlers. It all survived. We DID miss having an ice maker in the fridge but there was a bin in the freezer that was full and we got through. If you use huge amounts of ice like we do, I would suggest purchasing a bag to bring along. The back deck is huge and spacious. Back yard is fenced which helped having toddlers. Front yard appears to be huge and flat in pictures which it is not. Easy access on one level. We did not cook so can’t attest to the stove etc. location turned out to be convenient although, with VRBO you never know until the last minute. The surrounding area is beautiful. We enjoyed hiking at the Carl Sandburg home trails and the kids fell in love with the goats. Drug stores, groceries etc. were very convenient. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back if needed!

Our stay: 1/15 – 1/19/2026Hendersonville Hideaway is amazing, we absolutely loved staying here. This house offers so much and the amenities’ that are offered are so nice and were very much appreciated. The fireplace kept us nice and cozy. Very large den/kitchen combo, we had tons of room to spread out. Bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious. The house is close to everything but just enough outside of town that it is very quiet and peaceful.We will definitely become a yearly renter!

We had such a great stay here! The home was super spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it feel like home. The location was ideal, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was wonderful — very responsive and let us know we could text anytime if we needed anything. We loved every minute and would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful house. Beautiful location. Check in was easy. It was very clean and spacious and felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped. We had plenty of space for our family to visit. We will visit here again. Only negative we had, the mattresses were not the best.

We loved our stay here over the Christmas holidays! It was a prefect house for our 2 families as a home base visiting my parents right down the street for Christmas. There was plenty of space. The whole house was well stocked. Plenty of room to wrap presents in the dining room. Was able to do smores on the back patio. We even got to see a white squirrel! The pictures do not do this lovely house justice!!

Awesome Hideaway

There were only three of us, but room for more...we didn't even use the downstairs, doning room, or front living room! The kitchen was awesome! Owner was easy to reach; got back quickly. Since we were here for the King Tut/Biltmore exhibit and also explored Hendersonville, we were in a perfect place! We'll be back!

Absolutely Perfect

we were four girlfriends off for a long weekend of fun. This house was very close to the Flatrock Playhouse, where we had tickets for a play. The house was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we wanted, including the making for s’mores in the fire pit out back. We even got to see a white squirrel! The location was perfect to head into Hendersonville for shopping and eating. The Smart TV allowed us to stream movies from our phone. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a comfortable relaxing stay.
