Staff was great. Free waters, ice cream bars and a thoughtful welcome note. Dionte at check in was excellent and welcoming. 2 issues- pillows way too soft, ran out of caffeinated coffee in morning.

Couldn’t find my reservation and the. Once found the computer wouldn’t take cards and then the computer shutdown altogether and then was told you have to check in on you phone and that didn’t happen either the family and I stood in the lobby at 130am for over 45mins until we was given a key and the. We were charged twice and still having issues with getting a refund.
