This luxurious, newly built home in the Lakeside Mayflower Community can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for multi-family escapes. The property features two beautifully appointed king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bunk room that sleeps six, and a queen bedroom with two additional overhead bunks.

Inside, the home feels open and airy, with light flooding in from oversized windows and sliding doors. The main floor boasts a spacious master bedroom, living and dining areas with Viking appliances, and a dining table that seats 8-10. The kitchen island has seating for three additional guests. Upstairs, you'll find a second spacious master bedroom, as well as two bunk rooms, one of which also contains a queen-sized bed to accommodate adults. Both masters include en suite bathrooms and a desk for a quiet workspace.

I asked 4 days before check if we could come 1 hour early , finally a few days later he responded said yes but the code would work so we sat there for 50 minutes trying to get on hold with vrbo for 30 minutes.callign and texting the owner and no on responsed for 50 minutes super slow repsponse also each bathroom only had 1 roll and they left 1 paper towel roll so we ran out both.

Family and cousin weekend vacation

Comfortable 3-bedrooms for the adults with bunk room for the kids. Lovely kitchen with pans and utensils for family cooking. The only thing I missed was a 13x9 cake pan. Nice Viking appliances, spacious frig, and easy-to-use patio grill. Bedrooms were quiet with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Location close to the reservoir was nice. The duplexes were fairly close to each other. A privacy screen for the hot tub and patio would be nice. The host was accommodating and usually answered questions or concerns within a reasonable amount of time. Would stay here again.

Wonderful location. Beautiful views. Home is brand new and well suited for a restful stay. Hot tub was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were great. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Great communication.

Dreamy Lake House

Property was excellent and was perfect for our weekend family get away! Close to the lake and only ~15 minutes to Park City and Shopping. Spacious property with room for all to spread out or come together in the open living space. Mike was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Loved the well equipped kitchen and state park pass. Would highly recommend.
