It was an OK stay. We stayed on the 13th floor. Only 2 of the 4 elevators go to the 13th floor which meant a wait of up to 5 minutes for the elevator. The little coffee shop staff were abrupt and not all that friendly. The bathroom has no electrical outlets so plugging in a hairdryer or straightener was made difficult. We brought an extension cord with us ( past travel experience) but had we not it would have been challenging. If you want a black cab for dinner, be sure to download their app as the front desk staff were not helpful in getting us a taxi. We heard that the hotel was taken over by RIU in the past 3 months. Still working out the hospitality kinks.

Very clean nice little place. I stayed in the solo travellers accommodations on the top floor and found it just enough to be comfortable for my 5 night stay. The shared bathroom was no big deal and I found I barely ran in to the other guests despite the whole place being booked

The hotel is tucked away a few minutes from Paddington station on a quiet leafy street. The rooms are small but carefully designed and appointed, both aesthetically and functionally. The breakfast is elegantly put together, fresh, not extensive but just like the rooms a perfect set to start the day. I’ve stayed with them a half dozen times and each time the service has been consistently excellent.
