Arty, two bedroom, Edwardian terraced, ex-colliery coastal cottage in a friendly, up and coming, area with good local amenities and walking distance to the beach, Castle Eden Dene nature reserve, river and viaduct.

The house features Urban art murals throughout, well equipped kitchen, 58 inch smart TV and bathroom with bath and mixer shower. Free on street parking with plenty of space. To the rear is a yarden (a gravelled yard garden) with sheltered seating area.

Well behaved pets are welcome.
