Booked to stay here as I was in town to see Skindred at Middlesbrough Town Hall, just over the road. There's plenty of parking at the Cleveland Centre car park, which is situated on the third floor of the hotel and has a door to access the hotel. We received a friendly greeting at reception, and our room had a great view over the Centre Square opposite. The room was very clean and had a double sized walk in shower and comfy beds. I was able to order vegan sausages and vegan baked beans for breakfast, but no mushrooms... Overall a very good hotel with decent facilities, great staff, and near to Middlesbrough centre. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wake up call not wanted.

Not a bad stay, however I didnt appreciate being woken by the cleaner at 9.30am when check out isnt till 12.30. That aside, decent clean hotel with friendy staff.

Good for an overnight

Reception staff not always friendly and smiling but was only one to be fair. Room clean and tidy and breakfast good. Hotel parking reasonable at £6 for 24 hours
