I had an awful experience at this hotel. I checked in excited for a relaxing stay, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The room appeared fine at first glance, but the next morning I woke up with multiple itchy bites all over my body. After a closer look, I realized they were from bed bugs! This is not something I expected to deal with at a supposedly "quality" hotel.

Bedroom and bathroom could have been way cleaner. There were black spots all over the bathroom tub and they said they would clean it but did not. The room smelled bad as well. It was clearly an old smoker’s room. There were stains on the wall as well. Sheets were not comfortable.

Staff was friendly. The hotel and room were clean. Our wall thermostat wasn’t working. They sent maintenance up immediately to repair the issue. The valet team was kind, helpful and they were swift with getting our car. We did not try the hotel bar or restaurant. Otherwise it would be nice if the hotel offered free parking to their guests or a discounted rate for parking. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay again.

Crazy noisy

Overnight stay this week and while the lobby was beautiful and check in was easy, be prepared to hear church bells early in the morning. The air conditioner in the room sounded like a train was going through the room every time it turned on and off so we had to turn it off and were warm all night. The room was near the employee elevator and the staff coming in and out of it were so loud talking to each other and on their phones! We can tell you their life stories. When I told staff on checkout, I was simply told “we will work on that.” The room itself was clean but surprisingly antiquated. The bed frame was basically peeling off as was the wallpaper. Serious renovations are needed. There are plenty of hotels in the area; I would advise choosing a different one .

Staff was rude, discriminative, and lied and said if we leave i can be refunded. I am 9/mo pregnant came to enjoy time with my kids. The whole fiasco started all over because my family was sitting near me helping me out, but they were sitting next to me in the pool area, not swimming, just sitting in the chairs fully clothed. And he just came barging in making demands.
