I stayed in the hotel for one day. Everything was good. In the breakfast section one guy I hope so his name is Steve, he had good customer service. He makes us very happy and we feel like our home. We'll see you next summer.

The rooms are fairly priced and the area is nice and quiet. It is a few minutes away from HersheyPark with a nice grocery store around the area.

The pool is very nice, seems to be a temperature controlled saltwater pool and they also had a hot tub, I had a nice room with a comfortable king size bed, decent TV, and nice bathroom. There is a nice local diner just outside of the hotel in the parking lot.

Our stay was ok. The hotel was clean and our room was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is right next to a local diner, so that was helpful for a quick bite. The only “issue” I had was that the pool was so cold that we couldn’t swim and that was one of the main things I was looking for when booking. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the money

First room we was given smelled of mold the bathroom was full of mold the walls were soaked. Second room we was given the AC didn’t work right the sheets were stained the blackout curtains didn’t close the bathroom door didn’t lock. The pool was nasty and the hot tub was shut down.

Everything was great here for the most part overall. Nice breakfast buffet friendly and very helpful staff. There are quite a few local food options as well. The only thing I was not a big fan of was we found someone’s food/drink items immediately in the fridge that did not belong to us as soon as we arrived and my youngest found a few old spilled goldfish snacks on the floor under the bed area which. Other than those minor things in the room everything was great here!
